A full body and mind conditioning yoga class that is accessible and highly enjoyable to students with a basic understanding of the fundamentals of yoga. An 889 classic for yoga lovers to improve stamina and flexibility and leave feeling energized and blissful. A strong emphasis on alignment in a compassionate and peaceful space. Moving at a manageable pace, poses are held for longer to both challenge you and learn the art of maintaining integrity and form. Expect to smile, make friends and feel part of our community.
We recommend this class for students who have completed the 889 Beginner Workshop and for students who have participated in our Yoga Clinic class looking to step it up! This class is not best suited to those trying yoga for the first time – check out our Beginner Workshop and our Yoga Clinic class.
