This class appeals to people whom have mastered the basics in our Fundamental Flow classes and are looking to take their practice deeper, exploring arm balances, inversions, and deeper levels of intensity in their yoga postures. 889 Vinyasa Flow 2 classes are enhanced with music, carefully selected by your teachers to deepen the energy of the practice, increasing your sense of flow, joy, and interconnectedness. You will improve your stamina and flexibility and leave feeling energized, and blissful. This class is an 889 Yoga Level 2 class. Level 2 classes are for students looking to advance their practice beyond our Fundamental Flow class. Level 2 classes are built to guide you to deeper levels within your own practice and move beyond your boundaries. We recommend 6 months of practice in our Fundamental Flow classes prior to attending this class.
