Wake up with Yoga! Join us for practice and move through November with early morning classes from Monday to Friday. Teaching Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays with Grace Dubery
Tuesdays and Thursdays with David Bruni
Fridays with Kathryn Bruni Young
Enhance your flexibility, build core stability and deepen your breath as you move through sun salutations, standing postures, seated poses, twists, backbends and more. Strengthen the foundation of your practice while deepening your understanding of each pose.
Students of all levels will enjoy exploring new postures with variations and modifications. We'll work towards better understanding of our bodies and our own weaknesses and strengths as we move through our practice with alignment and stability in mind.
